What actually gets read
A short label at the top, three to six words, no verb, no adjectives about your personality. It should name the field, the level and the specialty. This is read essentially every time, which is why it is worth more attention than the paragraph under it.
The versions differ on what they lead with: the label itself, the strongest concrete fact in your resume, or a bridge toward the role you want. Choosing between them is a positioning decision, not a wording preference.
Each version lists the parts of your resume it drew on. We never add years of experience, a team size, a budget or a seniority label that is not already in your text. If a claim has no source in your resume, it does not get written.

The title is a one-line label at the very top. The intro paragraph is two to four sentences under it. The title is read almost every time; the paragraph is skimmed, and it is only worth the space in a few situations we describe on this page.
